Four stones run down the upright and one sits on each arm, every one held in its own four-prong setting so light passes right through the stones from front to back. The cross hangs from a plain, tapered .925 sterling silver bail. Because all six stones change together, the whole cross turns purplish-pink in daylight, golden amber under warm indoor light and peridot green under fluorescent light.
