What is VooDooStone?

VooDooStone is our signature color-changing stone, sold exclusively at David's Antiques & Jewelry, 322 Royal Street in the New Orleans French Quarter. It looks different under different light: the color shifts as you move between daylight, fluorescent and incandescent (warm indoor) light.

Does VooDooStone really change color?

Yes. The stone responds to the color temperature of the light around it. Step from sunlight to a warm lamp and you will see the hue shift. The best way to see it is in person at our shop, or watch our videos on TikTok and Instagram.

What is VooDooStone jewelry made of?

Most of our VooDooStone rings, pendants and earrings are set in solid sterling silver (.925). Each product page lists the metal and size for that piece.

How much does VooDooStone jewelry cost?

Most pieces are priced from about $35 to $150. Prices are shown on every product page.

Is it a good gift?

Yes. It is a favorite New Orleans souvenir and gift for birthdays, Halloween and anniversaries, and it is a great conversation piece because the color keeps changing.
